Upcoming Events

Men’s Feed the Fire Study

Men, join us for 6 weeks starting the first week in April on either Tuesday or Thursday as we gather around the fire at one of three locations. We will be reading and discussing six chapters of the book The Measure of a Man by Gene Getz. This book looks at twenty principles from Paul’s letters to Timothy and Titus that help us be the husbands, fathers and mentors we are called to be. After these six weeks, there will be the opportunity to continue studying the remaining chapters with other men, if desired. Select your preferred location when you register. Click here to register by Saturday, March 29 so a book can be provided for you.

Spring Clean Up

April 5 at 8:00am help us to beautify our church grounds and building. Bring your yard tools/equipment to spread mulch, clean shrubs, pull weeds, etc.

Starting Point

Sunday, April 6 immediately following the worship service (12:30-2:30). Lunch is provided. If you are new to the church, been attending but have not yet joined, or just want to learn about who we are as a church no matter your membership status, please come be a part of Starting Point. You do not have to join the church if you come to Starting Point, but it is the first step to becoming a member should you decide you wish to join Shenandoah Community Fellowship.

Save the Date – River Baptism

Following the worship service on June 8 we will meet at 12:45 at Doug & KK Stroop’s farm for a picnic lunch. Chicken, burgers, and hot dogs will be prepared by the elders. Everything will be provided except sides and desserts. You are asked to bring a side dish or dessert but keep in mind neither heating nor refrigeration for your dishes is available prior to lunch. Bring something that doesn’t need to be heated or bring in your own cooler.

If you have never been baptized by immersion since receiving Christ, and you desire to do so, please click here so that one of our pastors can contact you.

SCF Student Summer Camp

SCF Students summer camp is going to the beach this year!! We are going to Garden City Chapel in Garden City, South Carolina from June 27 through July 2. This camp was started to minister to Children’s Homes all throughout the nation. Our youth group is planning to partner up with one of those children’s homes and minister to them by attending worship services and going to different places in the community to love them and hang out with them. This is going to be a special camp this summer!

Cost is $300 a student, a deposit of $75 is due upon sign up and is non-refundable.
